Sharon is a corporate partner with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law matters. Sharon heads our Dublin Corporate & Commercial team. Her practice has a particular emphasis on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, private equity fundraising and investments, joint ventures, inward investment projects and corporate finance matters. Sharon also advises on commercial agreements and on corporate governance and compliance issues.

Sharon regularly acts for leading Irish and international companies, as well as individual shareholders, across a range of business sectors including telecoms, renewables, technology, energy, healthcare and infrastructure.

• Advising an international listed company in connection with the expansion of its Irish operations by way of acquisitions.
• Advising a leading Irish financial institution in connection with a significant corporate restructuring to include a domestic merger.
• Advising a key telecommunications operator in connection with a number of fundraisings including a substantial strategic equity investment in its Irish holding company by a private investor.
